  AVOID! We originally tried to book a potential employee in for a pre-employment medical. The woman on the desk couldn't do this so I kept being told someone would call me back. 1 week, 2 days and numerous phone calls later, one of our managers actually drove to the health centre and managed to get it booked in. The medical took place 8 days ago and I am still waiting for the report. I have called every day for the last 4 days and every time been told that someone will call me back, guess what, they haven't!! With first contact being on 1st November, 23 days later we still don't have a completed pre-employment medical - Penrose Health Centre has a 24 hour turnaround time

  Great family center. Been going there 2000-2004 and 2014-now. Always been helpful and great for me and whole family. Always good service on the phones as well.
